The classical meaning of the word cenobite is a monk that lives in a religious community rather than living in solitude. A more recent meaning of the word is an extradimensional demon, created through torture, found in Clive Barker's Hellraiser series. I suspect that Stable Diffusion had the latter in mind when I asked it to draw a cenobite.
